1. Overview

This promotional exchange offer (“Offer”) allows customers to trade in their similar old dye-sublimation photo printer and receive up to AED 1,000 discount on the purchase of a brand new Citizen CY-02 printer. The switch is designed to provide customers with an easy upgrade to a higher-performance printer.

2. Eligibility

• This Offer is valid only for customers who own and trade in an eligible similar old dye-sublimation photo printer.

• The Offer is currently applicable only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• For customers based in other GCC countries and Africa, prior approval is required. Each case will be reviewed individually before acceptance.

3. Offer Details

• Customers who trade in their old dye-sublimation photo printer will be eligible for a discount of up to AED 1,000 on the purchase of a new Citizen CY-02 printer.

• The final discount value may vary depending on the condition and verification of the traded-in unit.

• The traded-in unit must be in the customer’s possession and subject to inspection before the discount is applied.

• The traded-in unit becomes the property of Jamaica Trading Co. LLC once accepted under this program.

• Jamaica Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to reject a trade-in if the printer does not meet the eligibility or condition criteria.
