Terms & Conditions – Free Service Offer
 

1. Overview

This promotional offer, titled “Free Service for Your Photo Printers”, allows eligible customers to avail a free service for their Citizen or HiTi photo printers by registering through the official Jamaica Trading Co. LLC website. The promotion is organized and executed solely by Jamaica Trading Co. LLC, UAE.

 

2. Registration & Validity

• The registration period is from 13th October 2025 to 17th October 2025.

• Registration must be completed through the official link provided on the Jamaica Trading Co. LLC website.

• The free service period will end on 31st December 2025. All registered services must be scheduled and completed before this date.

• Registrations received after the deadline will not be eligible for the offer.
   

3. Eligibility

• This offer is valid only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Customers from other GCC or African countries must obtain prior written approval before availing the service. Each request will be reviewed individually.

• Printers must be in repairable condition and free from severe physical damage, burnt components, or missing parts.

• The promotion applies only to Citizen and HiTi branded photo printers. Other brands are not included.

4. Service Terms

• The service is free of charge, but any spare parts required during the repair will be chargeable.

• A quotation for parts and additional repairs (if required) will be sent to the customer for approval before proceeding.

• Customers are required to deliver their printers to the designated collection centre and collect them after the service is completed.

• Printers must be collected within one (1) week after completion of service. Uncollected units may incur storage fees or be disposed of after a grace period.

• The service engineer will contact customers directly to arrange and confirm the service schedule after successful registration.
   

5. Limitations & Exclusions

• This offer does not include:

  • On-site pickup or delivery services.

  • Software installation, printer driver configuration, or training.

  • Replacement of consumables (such as media kits, ribbons, or paper).

• The free service does not extend to printers with unauthorized modifications or those previously tampered with by non-authorized service providers.

• Jamaica Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to decline service for any printer deemed beyond repair or unsafe for handling.
   

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Citizen Systems Europe GmbH, HiTi Digital, Inc., or any other printer brand is not affiliated with, nor responsible for, this promotion.

• Jamaica Trading Co. LLC is the sole organizer and executor of this promotional service offer.

• Jamaica Trading Co. LLC shall not be liable for any data loss, consequential damages, or incidental losses during or after servicing.
   

7. General Conditions

• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other services.

• The decision of Jamaica Trading Co. LLC regarding eligibility, approval, and service execution shall be final and binding.

• Jamaica Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in this offer implies acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
